Nature Club and Botany Department Jointly organised Seminar

A seminar on the topic "Nature Conservation: An Ethical Perspective" was organized on 19/07/2025, at R.R. Mehta College of Science and C.L. Parikh College of Commerce, Palanpur, run by Banaskantha District Kelavani Mandal, under the joint initiative of the Nature Club and the Botany Department. The seminar began with a group prayer.

During the program, Dr. Sureshbhai Prajapati, Convener of the Nature Club and Head of the Zoology Department, addressed the students as the keynote speaker. He did justice to the theme by emphasizing, with detailed examples, how both biotic and abiotic components of nature can be preserved through small, practical steps in our daily lives.

The event was graced by the virtual blessings of the institution's Principal, Dr. Yogeshbhai Dabgar. Present at the program were Dr. Mukeshbhai Patel, Head of the Botany Department; Dr. Sheetalben Chaudhary; Dr. Hareshbhai Gondaliya; and Dr. Dhruv Pandya.

The entire program was conducted by Dr. Dhruv Pandya, Assistant Professor in the Botany Department. The vote of thanks was delivered by Dr. Haresh Gondaliya. The event concluded with the collective singing of the national anthem.
